The Meindl Rapide GTX wide fit shoe is part of the Comfort-Fit Wellness Sport range, offering a wider fit than other styles alongside a superbly cushioned footbed. Constructed from lightweight suede leather and mesh uppers the Rapide GTX walking shoe is durable yet supple. The addition of a GORE-TEX lining ensures it has waterproof protection keeping your feet dry in all circumstances and an Air Active footbed aids the ventilation of fresh air into the shoe. The Comfort-Fit of the Rapide GTX means that the shoe is wider at the front, giving extra room for movement particularly at the foot’s flex point. It does so whilst remaining secure at the heel ensuring a sturdy and supportive fit. Equipped with a Meindl Comfort Sport sole the Rapide GTX has excellent grip on a variety of surfaces, an easy roll for maximum comfort and a sharp edged heel to help when hill-walking. CARE ADVISE
Conditioning and proofing spray keeps nubuck leather and suede protected. The boots can be treated when the uppers aren’t quite dry – it ensures they’ll remain supple. Applying a little wax to the hooks and eyelets will protect them from corrosion.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item (s) or exchange for another size (whichever you’d prefer). Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect. You can also return your item to the shop directly in Bandon.
We accept returns only if:
- All tags are still on the item

- The item is complete (for example if returning shoes send the pair…)
- Packaging is intact and not damaged (try not to sit on it)
We suggest, if posting the item to us you retain proof of purchase in case it goes missing in the post!
