Gift cards are delivered by email sent to the email address provided at checkout, and contain instructions on how to redeem the gift card. In order for you to be certain the transaction processed, we recommend you use your own email address and then when you receive the email with the gift card number and instructions, you can either print that email out and give that to the lucky gift recipient, or alternatively forward on the email with the gift card details and instructions to the intended recipient. However, if you would like to receive a physical Wild Side Sports Gift Card, please let us know either through the Special Instructions section at checkout or by contacting us after the order has been processed and we will arrange this for you.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and no expiry date.
The gift cards can be redeemed in-store or on-line.
We offer a 30-day return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item (s) or exchange for another size (whichever you’d prefer). Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect. You can also return your item to the shop directly in Bandon.
We accept returns only if:
- All tags are still on the item

The item has not been used or worn or washed (who’d wash an unused item?)
- The item is complete (for example if returning shoes send the pair…)
- Packaging is intact and not damaged (try not to sit on it)
We suggest, if posting the item to us you retain proof of purchase in case it goes missing in the post!
