How it works
Replacing the filter in your LifeStraw® Bottle is quick and easy to do. Simply unscrew the top cap from the bottle and gently remove the filter. Discard the used one. Then insert the new filter into the top cap and finally screw the top cap back into the bottle.
The first stage of filtration features a replaceable hollow fiber membrane microbiological filter, which filters to 0.2 microns, and removes waterborne bacteria, and waterborne protozoan parasites. Afterward, at the second stage of filtration, the water is put through a replaceable activated carbon capsule. This reduces organic chemical matter (pesticides, herbicides, VOCs), exceeds the NSF-42 standard for chlorine reduction, while also improving taste. The LifeStraw® technology has been independently tested and certified to meet EU directive 10/2011 and EU directive 1935/2004 regulatory standards.

We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item (s) or exchange for another size (whichever you’d prefer). Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect. You can also return your item to the shop directly in Bandon.
We accept returns only if:

- The item is complete (for example if returning shoes send the pair…)
- Packaging is intact and not damaged (try not to sit on it)
We suggest, if posting the item to us you retain proof of purchase in case it goes missing in the post!
